Weird anomalies in North Caucasus

With these new patches North Caucasus Chechnya and nearby regions get French and Prussian units and officers. Had to fight French for Grozny.

If you're playing as the British, just "Request Expeditionary Fleet." The Russians would have never stripped the Baltic Fleet, and sent it gallivanting all over the Atlantic. Another misconception. Once again, you dont want to fence off anyone, especially Russians into delusional misconceptions. A ...

Accurate uniforms? That one alone can be staggering indeed. In Russian Imperial Guard alone every regiment had its complexion and hair color standards. Preobrazhenskii regiment was made up of ash blonde “rougher looking fellows”, while Semenovskii was made up of blue eyed blondes, Izmailovskii had t...

We will change the behavior of the baltic ships. I dont think range is a problem for a Baltic fleet. Back in August of 1769 Russian Baltic squadron after suffering all sorts of trouble finally reached Aegean sea and wiped out Ottoman fleet at Chesma (Westernmost coast of today's Turkey) in 1770. Be...

The Russian Navy was active in the Black Sea, and the Eastern Med - they even had a small squadron in Trieste, occupied Corfu, and assisted with landings in southern Italy, but, as far as I know, they did not operate in the Atlantic. In the Baltic, they concentrated their naval forces as a "Force i...

Yeah, found out the hard way. Apparently Benningsen's force was too beat up, being some 240 strong, while Massena's 1200 stack had ton of guard units, so Benningsen just got brushed aside, except that event didnt even register in the beginning of turn reports, all it said was "Benningsen is wounded....

Disappearing army stacks.

Ran into weird disappearing army stack issue. Had three army stacks engaging Massena's isolated stack, I've beat him back from Vienna inflicting heavy casualties, in turn suffering some too. One of my Army stacks simply disappeared, officers scattered into different provinces. All stack elements mis...

And anyway, the "drunk" story is mostly scripted event affecting the August campaign (to delay the Russians)...it won't affect them much after 1805....and, during an Invasion of Russia, Kutusov will "improve".... Yup, glad you not covering anything up or making any excuses for Kutuzov. Wish there w...

He also was a Mason, a big no no among the Russians, (both American and French revolutions being Masonic revolutions actually). Was too passive, and missed too many opportunities, also on numerous occasions ignored pleas for reinforcements at critical moments. Beside the huge Soviet propaganda and n...

Field marshal Kutuzov drunk for 3 consecutive turns locking up his 20 CP army.

Funny game mechanic, Kutuzov stays sober for months, then as soon as there is a fight to be fought, he gets wasted and fails you and your entire deployment order and screws up your entire campaign. Get rid of him as soon as you click on his portrait, under current version he is worthless and very da...

Yeah. Ran into similar issue, cant recruit new Cossack regiments. Also for some reason my newly built hussar regiments get branded as Cossack. And some minor misspellings, keep seeing Russian "polk" (regiment), being misspelled as "pulk"; and observation balloon unit for some reason is "iskrovaya" (...

I don't think you can make army stack relate to each other. That's the main corps advantage, that they can coordinarte and march to the sound of guns to help each other. Yup. In order to research a corps, I need 500 APs (only get some 10 AP or less a week for now). I still can form 2 armies though....

You can make corps stacks related to kutuzov army stack. To make a corp stack you need a ** or *** leader in command of a stack and near kutuzov. Then use the appropiate special order button to declare him a corp commander. The newly created corp will be attached to the nearer army. I guess all thi...

How to attach other armies to my main army?

Alright I figured how to create an army. Formed one with Kutuzov, was easy enough. Now. How do I attach other army stacks to Kutozov's army command?

Advanced supply is major micro-management because for some strange reason they didn't include 4 element supply and munition trains, unlike CW2, etc....since the supply rules are essentially the same, it means bigger armies using small trains as compared to CW2, etc... Altaris, you fix this (thank g...

Solved. I just briefly switched to other side and dismissed those straggling units, then saved. Instead for going for the next important objective, I wasted almost 6 months of game time chasing after them. Forgive me if I ask the obvious. Is easy supply turned on in your game? If it is, units will n...

Yes, I have noticed this in EAW since release. In all other AGEOD games, especially some recent ones like TYW, lack of access to supply is treated pretty harshly. In EAW, that doesn't seem to be the case for some reason. Hence you have armies "living off the land" like General Sherman of the Americ...

Annoying game breaking feature that needs to be fixed.

Simply unreal. I have two Austrian armies deep in my territory, I had them defeated and on the run for several consecutive turns, yet being far away from their supplies and territory they're still full supply, full strength and cohesion. Same goes to German army in East Prussia, They're once again b...
