Yes.
I prefer old system like in by Bohémond's mod.
If someone want to have "new "one it should be doable by options.
The problem (?) is that files need to be overwritten, but maybe someone can overcome it.

It's technically very easy to add another GHQs. But you should be careful, because lots of them will clutter map icon layers. Please do something about map icons (overlays of the map).
They are under all those general plates and are hardly (or completly not) visible.

Maybe moving general's plates to right side of game would do the job (as in ACW1 game).
