It works! The foundation patch was all that was needed. I bought the game from webhallen.se a Swedish gaming site. So it was because of them the game didn´t work. I have tried to patch it from Zero also ( 1.00 ) But only get this message up http://s17.postimg.org/dhftqzkfv/NPC_Crash.jpg But i will try and email slitherine then and see what they can do about the problem. I haven´t messed with the game or anything. Just patched it from 1.00 up to the latest.

Having recently purchased NCP because i wanted to find out what´s so intruiging about the Napoleonic Era. After patching to 1.03 the game crashes. By the way could anyone associated with AJE/BOR/HAN answer a question if it´s theoreticlly possible to add some form of "grand campaign" in to the game?
Or would that take an immensive amount of time of perhaps the engine doesn´t even allow it to some extent?

Unfortunately Kisckstarter projects are not allowed to French companies (i.e. those based in France), which is the case of the devs of AJE. Hi Not saying that further improvements / patches and expansions are impossible (we have some patch stuff on the works, and plans for expansions), but due to relative poor sales, I think it's not a top priority for Matrix/Ageod at the moment... How about update the AJE/BOR/HAN Engines with the latest stuff you amazing guys have put in the game engine. And please please add the battleplanner in the games. That would make for so much more interesting games and especially PBEM games! And we want more DLC´s :P The War of the Second Triumvirate...

Do you benefit anything from merging leaders with certain units? Of course i notice that some skills only affects the elements that they are attached to.
But other than that?

Ok, i was so damn sure that you could.

So a unit is a unit basically and has to be reinforced through the force pool to get full strenght?

Is there a way to merge say two legions with low manpower to one?
Basically can you merge units with one another? Im pretty sure i read something in the manual about it.
But i could be wrong though.

Thats exactly what i mean to. In the end there is practically no limits for expansions and scenario addons for this game.
Keep updating and keep up the expansions and this game will live on forever
