Didn't see battle result fix in the readme.
Always have faith in Pocus and friends!!!!!

It's very hard to have confidence in any battle result now, even the ones that appear reasonable... I am going back to BOA until we have a fix, but am more than happy to test patches, which I know will be coming quickly thanks to Pocus and the great team of AGEOD!

I would think there's an issue with battle resolution. Question now is to help Pocus track it down, so keep you savegames and note these anomalous results...

Getting some strange battle results. For example a large Prussian stack attacks a small French one and sustains 35000+ casulaties while the French one sustains 35 - thirty five - and thus we have a Coalition defeat. Have an option to stop the flag-waving animation over the towns - takes away the map/grognard feel!

What an excellent game, clear in concept, so focused in design, a real wargamer's wargame. And what a great UI.

I thought there was a memory leak as uage was going up to 200MB+ RAM, about 5MBs extra a turn and I was using a program to keep flushing the memory but then I turned off the Cacheing and it stabilized at about 90MB RAM.

I think the developers were very wise: a tightly focused and intelligent design, within the scope of their capacity to do to a good level of quality.

Could somebody help me on this please - what does the Unit Strength value indicate in terms of actual numbers of soldiers - does 1 = 20? So a unit with a value of 20 is about 400 men?

Yes I did get a warning. But I don't think it does because I de-installed and re-installed without being connected to the Internet, so I am assuming that's OK. Otherwise I would have bought the CD version.

Just downloaded the game installed it and I think it polled an authentication server - is the game copy protected in this way?
