i made the same mistake..... before you move the units, you have to click on the rail move.... so while it would seem intuitive to move the unit, then click rail move, you have to do it the other way...first click rail move, then move the unit. that should take care of the problem and cut down movem...

I ran the game in Vista... As Korrigan said, one minor problem re: a file, but I don't believe it effected gameplay at all. Instead, I received an error message after exiting AACW.
