well, speaking directly in game terms, all you need to build dreadnghouts is shipyard (on map facility) + some extra naval build capacity. Turkey do have shipyard at izmail, but lack that extra nb, while constaninople naval base nicely provide needed exra naval capacity it simply lack needed shipyar...

Yes, i know that this game is "short term" game meaning that any naval buildup (except relative fast build of subs) will have limited effect in game, and building any surface ship after 1916 is efectively just wasting of resources, but why not to allow player to build dreadnghouts for turk...

jup pon 2 sounds like extremly good idea, since well, mayby except wars in china in 1900- 1950, ageod allready covewed practicaly all interesing war years, hmm, ok, ok, ageod is propably missing medival period too, and ageod engine matured at years. well, game can never reproduce all limits of real world war. for your mentioned mountainers, well in reality, every unit type did have pros and cons. In game mountain units are rulers of ground, not only because they have higher combat power than normal divisions, but have nice mountains bonus too. ...

depends if you want beta version or not :).
as you see. latest beta 1.04 fixes some things, but it is beta, meaning it can have (or not) some stability problems compared to 1.03 latest full oficial patch.

yeah, naval planes are just regular scout planes, as normal land based ones. And yeah, you can play gamey and use naval planes at land for scouting, or restrict yourself and use them for scouting only on coastal regions.

i have question, i modified files eaw regions and WW1 structures under includes directory (added some cities, factories..etc), but none of these changes are dispaying when i start new game.

well, defenders can repair breaches, sometimes they do full repair , sometimes only partial. it is all about combat power difference between atackers and defenders.
