Great great job Smitzer52 ! very interesting ! I agree with you. 1. for the infantry square, discipline was the key : Auerstaedt 1806 seeing French infantry square facing multiples charges of all the prussian cavalry, it's the elite of the french infantry with Davout. 2. the skirmishers, yes the fre...

But as England, you need the Spanish, Portuguese, Austrians, Prussians, Russians, Belgians, Dutch etc to fight hard to make up for lack of numbers. But main pr...

I suposse that because without french money the war could had been shorter. France (Richelieu) was only looking for french interest though. And he did brilliantly. +1 don't forget Spain was very strong I think France was looking to "survive" and Richelieu is the best premier ministre in the french ...

European Diplomacy is full of Flip-Flops, with Russia providing several of them. Allying with Frederick post the death of Czarina Elizabeth, Allying with the Germans in 1939, allying with Prussia/Germany post Crimean War (understandable) and then allying with the UK in WW1 (UK and RUSSIA fought the...

You know, in 1939 it shocked the world when Germany and the Soviet Union signed the Ribbentrop-Molotov Pact. Not many people predicted that. So, sometimes weird things come together in times of war. yes, it's true but for the game an alliance France/England is unstoppable I think. but who knows :th...

Cossack expedition sees its destination and successfully invades India or at least wreck havoc? Have Russia hostile to Great Britain in 1805 with troops occupying India would be ... hard for the British. I see a lot of options making the game easier for the French, what about others ideas? I agree but there is Hougoumont, it's true you can't see the "chemin creux" and imagine the surprise for the french cavalry. But it's a nice place to visit.

and this year the historic reconstitution seems to be great. 2015 1815 :w00t:
