I usually play as Union. Athena has been much improved but old Clovis mod made her rally shine. Mod is not active any more and Clovis is gone but when it was active, it was insaine. AI was making decisions based on his changes in code and it felt like you were playing against the human. In his mod A...

Many a time things are not 'hard' to do, just time consuming :) It is like when a new beta arrives and provide us a wealth of infos, all as links to sites and articles. This is not exactly what we need to save us time, we need much more formatted and ready to use data. Not speaking of you or anyone...

I am not a programmer but we do have a log file wich contains all we need for a "rough" book with just dates, places, commanders, casulties and outcome. Only "let say problem" would be to take info from log file and send it to "book file". IMHO and just guessing this would not be to hard. As for sto...

With hard activation there is a chance that a General will unlock (generating the messages), immediately fail his activation again and lock up again immediately. WAD Thanx for clearing it out. Still RC 3. I couldn't post this possible bug there as you have closed the topic so I will do it here. Playing on hard activation rules. So when someone is inactive he can get a lock icon. What is strange is that messeges don't make any sense. Load my last turn and near the end it says that McCllela...

In my current game I am close to the end of 1861. Rebel AI is close to perfection so far. No deep raids that drew me crazy in 1.15. AI even tried to brake my blue water blockade near Richmond. He is building troops and placing them at all the right places. Rebs even made an effort for recogniton wic...

I have decided to give this rc3 a try. I play as Union and I am in September 1861 now. Rebs playing really good and what pleases me most is that they don't go on deep suicide raids as before. Those raids did include medium force attacking for example Buffalo and then slowly melting away because of a...

Building river fleet

Let say I want to build them in Illinois. Will they appear in Cairo or Chicago? What if they appear in Chicago? Is there a way to send them to Cairo?

Also, if KY is still neutral, what happens if I build a ship in Cincinatti? Can I move it on the river no matter KY neutrality?

Thanks in advance
